Cookbooks

When I started cooking, I loved reading cookbooks. I know this seems odd. But like a fiction reader who escapes into another world or time with fiction books, I escaped to a fantasy world of culinary creations.

I’ve included some of my favorite cookbooks and ones that inspired me along the way.

The cookbooks I have are a necessary supplement to the cooking shows I watched. They gave me a deeper perspective on the dish’s process and end result.

I want to share some of the titles from the chefs, authors, and publishers in my book collection.

They make great gifts for the cook or chef in your life. I also think that you will benefit from the gift.
